What is the difference between Full Suite and a Service Combo?

Our Full Suite plans gives each user full access to the listed features of our platform, within three package tiers. Full Suite packages are: Essential, Professional, and Premium.

Service Combo packages gives limited access to our platform; only those features necessary for the purpose of the service. For example, a

I have a coupon code. Where do I enter my coupon code?

Enter your coupon code on page 2 of the order form. If the coupon does not work on your selected product, that means that the product is not eligible for that coupon.

Coupons cannot be redeemed for monthly subscription digital products.

How am I billed?

You are billed monthly by *adsbysibo, LLC at the same printed price for the duration of your service with us. Your monthly service bill will not change unless you order additional products and services, or change your monthly service plan(s).

You will receive an electronic notice of upcoming payment 7 days prior to the withdrawal of funds. You will receive an electronic invoice and receipt from *adsbysibo, LLC of any product or service fees ordered.

Website Audit & DFY Build FAQ

What does a website audit entail?

A website audit is a review of your website's:

-Graphics: sizing and quality

-Layout organization

-Branding quality and SEO

-Page links (identify broken links) and indexing

-Online listings

-Google Console report review

We'll also email a link to your company's Marketing Audit Report.

We will give an official recommendation for design updates at your scheduled meeting. Go to "Book Now" after you submit an audit request!

How long before my new website is ready?

Your new website will be built within a week. We will begin building your site once we have received the DFY Website Build form. Afterwards, you are entitled to 3 REVISIONS ONLY by *adsbysibo, LLC. You may pre-schedule your Revisions on the "New Website Build" calendar.

IMPORTANT: Please include your Expected Launch Date on the Website Permission Change form. This helps us prioritize your needs and rollover your domain to our hosting platform as quickly as possible.

What are the fees?

Website Build 6-pages: $500 (one-time charge)

Website Maintenance: $20 (monthly, recurring) - optional

Additional Webpages: $97 per page (one-time charge) - optional

IMPORTANT: Please note that if *adsbysibo Calendars are used in your website build, you will be required to subscribe to a monthly service plan to enjoy the Appointment Management features. This includes all Full Suite plans and the Pro Booking service combo.

Stripe Integration & Payouts FAQ

Why use Stripe to collect my payments?

Free to start, Stripe™️ offers a wide range of payment products and services to help you streamline your business' payment collection methods. They are the most widely used payment infrastructure amongst Big Tech Giants and Fortune 500 companies.

What are the fees associated with Stripe™️?

For ACH Debit transactions, Stripe™️ charges 0.8% per successful transaction.

For debit and credit transactions, Stripe™️ charges 2.9% + 30¢. This includes Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If using an international card, add 1% to the transaction fee.

ACH Debit: 0.8% capped at $5.00 for standard settlement;1.2% for two-day settlement; $1.50 per instant bank account validation. Stripe™️ charges $4.00 for failed ACH Direct Debit payments and $15.00 for disputed ACH Direct Debit payments.

ACH Credit: $1.00 per ACH Credit payment.

Split-to-Pay/Installments: Affirm™️, AfterPay,™️, & Klarna™️-- 6% + 30¢

What are the payout methods?

Set up your bank account to receive payouts. In most cases, when you start processing live payments from your customers with Stripe™️, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful payment.

You can update your account details or add a new bank account at any time in the payout settings of your Dashboard, which you can access by clicking Settings in the navigation sidebar and then External payout accounts and scheduling. To modify your banking information, click the Edit button next to the desired bank account.

You will receive an electronic notice of upcoming payout of funds from Stripe™️. You will receive an electronic receipt from *adsbysibo, LLC of any product or service fees ordered.
