Autonomy: Independent Agents with *adsbysibo WFH have more autonomy in managing their work. They can decide how to approach trainings and build-in more flexible management than a traditional employer. Tax Benefits: Independent contractors may have access to certain tax benefits, such as the ability to deduct business-related expenses. However, it's important to consult with a tax professional to understand the specific implications based on individual circumstances.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Must be able to pass a USA federal background check ($30 fee for Self-Employed Agents).
-Must be able to attend Certification Class (Training) on Day 1.
-Must have your own work-from-home equipment.

COMPENSATION:
-BASE RATE: $12.00/hour
-CERTIFIED CUSTOMER SUPPORT RATE: $12.50/hour
-CERTIFIED TECH SUPPORT RATE: $13.00/hour
BONUSES:
-$50 - After your first 15 hours serviced
-$50 - After your next 100 hours serviced
-$250 - After your first 1000 hours serviced

This is an Independent Contractor relationship offer with our Company. We will provide an annual 1099-K to our contracted Agents.
After successful registration, you are NOT an employee of our Company. There will NOT be an employee benefits package offered.
Successful background screenings are good for 3 YEARS!
YOU ARE PAID FOR EVERY MINUTE THAT YOU ARE LOGGED IN AND AVAILABLE!
You will create your own schedule in 30-minute intervals (YAY!) for up to 80 hours weekly.
You will select the client that you want to work for/service.
Each client requires Certification of your skills to provide ethical and quality service to their customers. Certification Training is not always paid. Multiple class times for Instructor-led courses are usually available for a daily max of only 4 hours.
After selecting a Client Opportunity, you will be required to pay a $20 Class Confirmation Deposit a week before the first day of training. IT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON SUCCESSFUL ATTENDANCE OF DAY 1!
After the completion of Certification, you can pick up another Client Opportunity.

This portal is used to access the *adsbysibo Virtual Office Portal; the app.adsbysibo.com website. This is where you can freely access the Web Design Tools at the heart of the *adsbysibo business. One of the awesome perks of being an Independent Agent with us is full access to design your own website (or for someone else) with professional quality.
This is a quick link to the Arise™ Portal AFTER REGISTRATION where you will browse current Client Opportunities to sign-up for. Once you are registered on the platform under *adsbysibo, LLC, you will become an Authorized User. You can easily reference back to the Arise Portal to do the following:
- View your signed SOW
-Access Starmatic™ to select your work schedule
-Access your Client certification courses
-Access more information for each opportunity

Payroll Portal
The Payroll Portal takes you to the *adsbysibo, LLC TimeTrex Portal is where you manually enter your timesheets to be paid. If we notice an error, or a mismatch from Starmatic, your timesheet will be edited prior to approval.

You will receive access to the Payroll Portal after the following tasks have been completed:
Application for *adsbysibo WFH Program
Registration on the Arise™ platform via personalized link
Enrolled in an upcoming Certification Class
Signed Independent Contractor Agreement
Entering timesheets in TimeTrex™ to reflect your Starmatic™ servicing hours is the first step to getting paid.
1) Login
2) From the LEFT Navigation Panel, select "Attendance" and then "Timesheet"
3) Set on "Manual" to enter your hours for each day serviced.
Why are timesheets manually entered when we have Starmatic™?
Short Answer: Starmatic™ tracks your time per Serviced Client and TimeTrex turns that time into a paycheck.
The Payroll Portal takes you to the *adsbysibo, LLC TimeTrex Portal is where you manually enter your timesheets to be paid. If we notice an error, or a mismatch from Starmatic, your timesheet will be edited prior to approval.
You have full control of your schedule.
Since you are an Independent Contractor with our company, we need to receive an accounting of time for your services to our company.
While Starmatic helps you keep track of your serviced hours for ALL SERVICED CLIENTS, *adsbysibo compensates you for overall Commitment Adherence, including Excused/No Show Time, via TimeTrex.
Additionally, payouts are NOT handled by Arise™ and Serviced Client. Payouts to Independent Agents are the sole responsibility of *asbysibo. This means that you will ALWAYS refer back to us regarding Service Revenue concerns.
If you have completed either of the following courses on Learn & Grow:
*Customer Service Certification with *adsbysibo (Complete the course for added $0.50 differential pay AKA Premium 1)
*Technical Support Certification with *adsbysibo (Complete the course for added $1.00 differential pay AKA Premium 2)
If you complete the course in the middle of the pay period, you will begin to see your Premium pay rate on the next check, from the next day after completion of the course.
For example, if you complete Customer Service Certification on January 15th, and serviced a client from January 7th to January 20th, you will be paid Base Rate for January 7th through January 15th. You will be paid Premium Rate from January 16th to January 20th on your January 26th paycheck. Thereafter, your bi-weekly paycheck will reflect Premium Rate.
